JULES DE BRUYCKER

JULES DE BRUYCKER, (Ghent 1870 - 1945)
Draughtsman, watercolourist, etcher. Student at the Aka in Ghent. Considered one of the greatest engravers of the last century. He worked extensively in his native city, but also in London (emigrated 1914-1918).
He was a member of the Royal Academy of Belgium. Many of his works can be found in numerous museums and print rooms.
